The kids both woke up this morning NOT wanting to go to school. The first day Abner Daniel cried twice, the second day once, and today five times. To be honest we have all been in tears today. Kendra keeps looking at me and saying, "mommy are you crying AGAIN. Don't cry mommy." We are in a time of transition, our things are still in La Ceiba, and we are still at our friend's Sheila's, who has been so gracious to have us all here until the house that we will be renting here in Tegus is ready. Last night we went to another friends house for dinner and Susana without thinking asked, "are we going home?" (referring to Sheila's house.) I loved her attitude that no matter where we were all together that was home. Today as I looked out over Tegus. a song by Jason Upton came to mind, "This is my home, to be with you, to be with you." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9cutrXGRHM&list=PL310C0191665B6DA4. Those of us who are in Christ, we are sons and daughters of the living God, and this is not our home. Our home is to be with Him. In His presence is the only place that these weary souls find rest. Abner Daniel told me today that tomorrow he is going to cry zero times, we are all making this our goal.
